We acquire and transform local SMEs.

Skydeck Partners, established by Harvard Business School entrepreneurs, is a Thailand-focused buy-and-build holding company dedicated to uplifting SMEs.

At our core, we champion SMEs as the backbone of our economy. We are committed to leveraging the strengths of established businesses to drive future economic growth, focusing on transformation rather than reinvention to create lasting value. Our model is designed to lead the 'great wealth transfer' from retiring baby boomers to the next generation of entrepreneurs.

At Skydeck Partners, we're not just participating in this transition; we’re driving it with purpose and precision.

Our approach is simple.

We build on existing success to reach new heights by identifying and acquiring established businesses, then taking on the role of CEO or manager to continue and expand operations. We focus on acquiring companies in the healthcare, consumer goods and B2B services sectors, which have opportunities for international market expansion.

For business owners, this offers a lucrative exit strategy, ensuring that their legacy, employees, and creation continue to thrive.

For investors, it presents a chance to engage in a proven business model that delivers consistent returns, while making a significant impact at the SME level and pioneering a new form of entrepreneurship in the region.

Simple Steps.

1. Introductory Meeting
We'll get acquainted, learn about your company, and discuss your goals to see if we're a good fit.

2. Initial Review
After signing an NDA, we'll request basic financial information, analyze it, and prepare a preliminary proposal to discuss deal terms.

3. Letter of Intent (LOI)
If we decide to proceed, we'll issue a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) outlining the purchase price and key terms, along with an exclusivity period (typically 60-90 days) for deeper evaluation. This process usually takes about 2 weeks.

4. Due Diligence
We’ll conduct a detailed review of your company’s operations, financials, and team, with help from consultants on legal, financial, and technical aspects.

5. Closing
Once all details are finalized, we'll sign the purchase agreement and complete the transaction, ensuring a smooth transition for employees, customers, and suppliers.

We seek out resilient businesses in flourishing industries.

  3. We offer the flexibility to tailor investment terms to meet your specific needs.
